The company's unique selling point began as a problem back then. As the owner of a system house specializing in telephone systems, founder Christian Peter repeatedly had difficulties combining different software and interfaces. He then began to replicate and test various systems and the associated technology. This enabled him to quickly uncover compatibility problems.
With this recipe for success, Peter attracted more and more attention, more and more customers wanted to test their systems on this independent and neutral platform and so the hotel competence center began to grow.
A team of seven now provides advice on a wide variety of topics: Whether it's booking an event, comparing different products under real conditions or a simple tour of the center. Here every guest is helped to the best of our ability and knowledge.
