However, only nature itself offers a quiet idyll here. On more than 3500 square meters and a total of 13 model rooms, Peter, the company representative, shows us everything that makes the heart of the gastronomy and hotel industry beat faster, from reception to large kitchens to luxury suites.
The concept of the Hotel Competence Center is as simple as it is ingenious: an independent experimental field for new technology in the scene and its synergies and interfaces. A "real hotel - without guests".

The company's unique selling point began as a problem back then. As the owner of a system house specializing in telephone systems, founder Christian Peter repeatedly had difficulties combining different software and interfaces. He then began to replicate and test various systems and the associated technology. This enabled him to quickly uncover compatibility problems.
With this recipe for success, Peter attracted more and more attention, more and more customers wanted to test their systems on this independent and neutral platform and so the hotel competence center began to grow.
A team of seven now provides advice on a wide variety of topics: Whether it's booking an event, comparing different products under real conditions or a simple tour of the center. Here every guest is helped to the best of our ability and knowledge.
