About us
We are kukki Cocktail, an established and growing beverage brand in food retail and wholesale. At our production facility in Wustermark, we make our Cocktails with real ice and real fruit in the bottle. We work in a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way, relying on clear processes, modern procedures and a strong team.
Your role
As a machine operator at kukki, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during your shift. You will coordinate your team, ensure compliance with our quality standards and make sure production targets are reliably achieved. In this role, you will be the central point of contact on the production floor, connecting the team with production management, quality assurance and logistics.
Your responsibilities
• Ensuring smooth production processes – from preparing the line to reporting on production orders
• Supporting production, e.g. mixing our Cocktails according to recipes, loading the equipment and changing over the machines
• Monitoring and operating our production equipment, particularly the filling, labelling and ice-making machines
• Carrying out, monitoring and documenting cleaning, hygiene and maintenance tasks
• Assisting with minor repairs, machine care and maintenance, as well as coordinating with the technical team in the event of malfunctions
• Complying with and monitoring quality, hygiene and safety standards
What you bring
• Experience in production, ideally in the food or beverage industry
• Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
• Excellent communication skills and a clear, fair approach to working with people
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to actively support operations on the production floor
• Resilience, a strong sense of responsibility and excellent organisational skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German skills; good Polish skills are an advantage
