To
Defrost the frozen kukkis in the kukki toaster for approx. 30 seconds. Simply magical!
Shake
Shake the kukkis upside down vigorously so that the alcohol mixes with the fresh juices again.
Serve
You can now open the ice cold kukki and serve it with a straw. Cheers!
Technology
The kukki toaster V14 measures 310 mm in height and has a diameter of 200 mm. Built-in infrared bars defrost kukki cocktails inside the toaster within 30 seconds.
Production
The kukki toaster was developed for the special needs of the catering industry and is manufactured in Berlin. This means it is made in Germany and is super easy to use. The BWB (Berliner Werkstätten für Menschen mit Behinderung - Berlin workshops for people with disabilities) does all the work for us.

We have developed the kukki toaster for the special needs of the catering trade, with which a frozen kukki can be prepared within 30 seconds.
Simply put it in, wait briefly, shake and serve.
Connecting the toaster
Individually fused socket. No multiple socket strip!
Set the toaster
20 seconds = freezer at -14 degrees
30 seconds = freezer at -18 degrees (standard)
40 or 50 seconds = freezer below -20 degrees
Toasting cocktails
Place the bottle gently in the toaster. The toaster switches on automatically. When the light goes out, the kukki is ready.
Shake
Shake the kukki vigorously upside down before opening.
Serve
Open the bottle, insert the straw and cheers!
You can find kukki cocktails in the frozen food section of some self-collection retailers. Your wholesaler will probably be able to tell you more. It's best to call your local retailer in advance to find out the current stock levels.

Our cylindrical ice cubes are produced and frozen under high pressure using a patented process. The ice cubes are placed in the bottles and then frozen. This process allows our kukki cocktails to be frozen without the bottles bursting.
"Great, finally warm beer!" said no one ever. Especially not kukki inventor Josef "Sepp" Klemm, who at some point simply had enough of boring drinks and invented a drink with ice in the bottle: kukki Cocktail

Sepp is the inventor of kukki cocktails and is responsible for development. All technical innovations are lovingly developed and extensively tested by him.

Andy is in charge of sales and marketing. He brings kukkis to supermarkets, catering outlets and events. We have him to thank for the fact that more and more people love our kukki cocktails.
We are so proud of the development of kukki cocktails. From our parents' farm workshop to such a large scale. A lot of passion, sweat, perhaps a tear or two, discarded plans and successful realisations have gone into our production machines.
Sepp still fondly remembers the first cocktail sale: "It was at the Benediktbeuern gliding club's flying festival - who hasn't experienced it 😉 - we had the last metre in the corner of the long bar to ourselves and the response was overwhelming." Amazon, Apple and Google started out in a garage - kukki saw the light of day in a small workshop on Sepp's parents' farm. Success was practically pre-programmed. Back then, the ice was crushed with a hammer so that it would fit into the bottles - today it is pressed extremely tightly using a patented process. The result: when thawing, only the cocktail becomes liquid, the ice remains ice.
Sepp Saif met Rudi in 2013. Both were looking for something solid and so they founded their own company in 2014: Hallo kukki GmbH! Unfortunately, they weren't able to celebrate with an original kukki cocktail, as it wasn't until two years later in August 2016, just like the third founder Andy "The German" Romanowski. Andy was an old flatmate of Sepp's and made the dream team complete. another milestone: in December 2016, the first Edeka supermarket added kukki to its range. The official start of our ground-breaking success story (hey, we never said we were particularly modest!). As our success grew, so did the team and we now have fifteen great people working in development, production, logistics, marketing and the back office. Most of the time surprisingly sober.
The bottle blanks are lined up straight as a candle, ready to make their way to your freezer compartment. A crane is used to transport them from a pallet to the conveyor belt. The kukki label is then applied to the bottles. Only real with the igloo 😉From there, they go through a rinsing cycle to finally clean the inside of the bottle. To do this, they are guided upside down in a circle over the water system by gripper arms. The one or other machine resembles a carousel at the fair. Fun in production, fun to savour! In the next step, the cylindrical ice cream is portioned well into the bottles. Our production process is precisely timed, as the ice cream needs to keep its shape and not melt. The fresh ingredients such as mint leaves or pieces of lime are then added by hand. The cocktail bottles are quickly filled. They ascend a carousel-like platform and return to the conveyor belt filled with the kukki cocktail mix of high-quality alcohol, liqueurs and fruit juices. They are then sealed with crown caps by machine, followed by concentrated manpower - our team packs the kukki cocktails into cartons by hand and loads them into the cooling system. There, the high-quality ready-to-drink cocktails are cooled down to -18°C and frozen. As soon as they are frozen, they are ready for delivery.
