Mitten im Müritz-Nationalpark liegt ein Ort, der Camperherzen höherschlagen lässt: der Campingplatz Ecktannen in Waren (Müritz). Direkt mittendrin befindet sich das Bistro Ecktannen, liebevoll betrieben von Adina und Tino. Ein echtes Herzensprojekt, das seit über 14 Jahren mit Charme, Herzlichkeit und Hausgemachtem überzeugt.

„Unsere Gäste sind hartgesottene Camper – die sitzen auch bei Wind und Wetter draußen!“, erzählt uns Tino lachend, als er uns durch das Bistro führt. Drinnen gibt’s einen gemütlichen Gastraum, draußen lockt die Sonne und am Morgen duftet es herrlich nach frischen Brötchen. Ab 8 Uhr wird hier Frühstück serviert, ab 12 Uhr gibt’s dann eine kleine, aber feine Auswahl an hausgemachten Speisen bis in den Abend hinein.

Und wie kamen die kukki Cocktails ins Sortiment? Adina hat sie auf der Internorga in Hamburg entdeckt. Obwohl die beiden früher keine Fans von Fertigcocktails waren, hat sie kukki sofort überzeugt: „Wir waren durchweg angetan und die Gäste lieben sie genauso.“

Heute gehören die eisgekühlten Cocktails genauso zum Bistro wie das entspannte Miteinander auf dem Platz. Ob auf der Durchreise oder für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Bistro Ecktannen ist ein Ort, an dem man gerne verweilt.

Thaw the frozen kukki for about 30 seconds in the kukki toaster. Simply magical!

shake

Shake vigorously upside down to mix the alcohol back into the fresh juices.

Serve

After shaking, add a drinking straw and you're ready to serve an ice-cold cocktail!
