Our frozen shipping – here's how it works:

You have never ordered frozen drinks and are wondering how it all works? It's actually quite simple: Your kukkis are packed by hand in a box with insulation material and dry ice. This ensures that they do not thaw during transport. We also only ship on weekdays, so your package arrives as quickly as possible.

Once you have received your kukki box, the bottles must be stored properly – either in the freezer or in the Tiefkühlschrank. A regular refrigerator is not sufficient, as the kukkis will no longer be edible if they thaw before serving. Therefore, it is best to ensure when ordering that you have enough space to store all the bottles in the freezer or freezer compartment. If they are only slightly thawed at the neck, it is not a problem. In this case, you can simply store them frozen and fully thaw them when you want to drink or serve them.

Dry ice that is left in the box can simply be placed in a container and taken outside or placed in a well-ventilated room. It will evaporate within approximately 48 hours.
