With the right settings, you can ensure that every kukki Cocktail is served perfectly—for the best enjoyment!
Protect the toaster separately with a 16 A power circuit. Do not use a multi-outlet power strip!

EXTREME
50 seconds = freezer below -20 degrees
HIGH
40 seconds = freezer below -20 degrees
MEDIUM
30 seconds = freezer at -18 degrees (standard)
LOW
20 seconds = freezer at -14 degrees
EXTREME
Do not use!

40 seconds = hot
MEDIUM
30 seconds = warm

20 seconds = lukewarm. Not recommended.
Toasting cocktails
Gently place the bottle in the toaster.
The toaster switches on automatically.
When the light goes out, the kukki is ready.
Shake
Shake the kukki vigorously upside down before opening.
Serve
Open the bottle, insert the straw, and cheers!
Frozen
Prepared
Cold CocktailsFrozen. This means in the freezer, not the refrigerator. Make sure to maintain the cold chain. After delivery or shopping, store the kukkis in your freezer immediately.
Hot CocktailsStore in a cool, dry place.
That’s not a problem, as it’s just alcohol that has collected around the neck of the bottle. You can simply refreeze it. Please note that if the kukki has completely thawed, it must not be refrozen, as the bottle could otherwise burst.
Defrost in the kukki toaster in seconds.
Your kukki is ready when the ice is solid and the alcohol is liquid.
Shake the bottle upside down, then open it.
Pierce the ice with a straw. Cheers!

The trick is that only one person does the toasting, while another person only handles the preparation. This makes it possible to maintain a rhythm that allows 120 kukkis to be served in 10 minutes.
