Your role
As Senior Key Account Manager, you will take overall responsibility for our central food retail and wholesale customers. You will be the connecting interface between the customer side, internal sales, field sales, and internal departments, ensuring that agreements are implemented cleanly.
Your tasks
• Strategic and operational support for our key accounts in food retail & wholesale
• Responsibility for listings, promotions, new introductions, and rollouts
• Management and coordination of all relevant internal interfaces (internal sales, field sales, marketing, logistics, production)
• Ensuring clear communication, clean handovers, and realistic timings
• Proactive identification and resolution of challenges along the retail chain
• Further development of processes and working methods – also with AI-supported tools
• Sparring partner for management and sales on key account topics
What you bring
• Several years of experience in senior key account management in food retail or wholesale
• Very good understanding of retail structures, purchasing processes, and promotional mechanisms
• Strong communication skills at all levels
• High level of structure, reliability, and personal responsibility
• Ability to connect teams and take responsibility
• Openness to new tools and efficient, data-driven working methods
• Hands-on mentality: solution-oriented, clear, reliable
